can't seem to log on to the internet with my laptop,and i have a net card but can't get it to work?

did you load the CD it came with?, try to click on repair this connection in your connection program..

Is the card part of the wifi network, if it is then is it successfully connected w/wo proper encryption key

call your internet/wireless provider.
same thing happened to me
