Dogs are searching for the person's scent. The human body emits this scent from certain glands, one located in the groin and the others located in the armpits. Because dogs have bad eyesight and a great sense of smell, they identify people by their smell. The dog is just trying to get enough of the smell to ingrain it in his head so he can remember who the person is. This is also why when dogs meet new dogs/people they always sniff the groin/rear end. Your dog is just being a dog.

He's proving he's the social superior of little boys, a normal thing in dog language - NOT acceptable behavior when he's dealing with people & he needs to learn better. In a dog pack the alpha has the right to break up fights, too violent play & other interaction that they don't approve of so YOU as alpha have the perfect right to drag him off by the collar & tell him firmly STOP THAT - do it every time. And take him to an obedience class, it's hard to consider yourself king of the world while sitting & downing on somenone elses command

I think you should get your dog a doggy girl friend to hump. or you can put your dog outside when people come over or push him off and say NO.

Where I live your dog would be put to sleep and you could even be fined should the boys parents bring charges up against you.
You are responsible for your dog's action, so be responsible and control your dog better.

Your dog is not thinking about sex. It's his pack mentality, and that's how wolves, dogs, etc, assert themselves over their pack mates.
He's just showing them who's "top dog", that's how that phrase originated.
