my brother has 5 children and his wife is pregnant right now...it seems to be very hectic and unorganized but i think it is all in the parenting!...if you set boundaries for them and routines things should go OK...I'm sure lots of people do just fine with that many kids i only have 2 myself but i also have 2 of my brothers kids living with me so basically i have four and we do just fine i love it...its never boring or lonely!..CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW BUNDLE OF JOY!!

I only have 3 children. But the wonder of having more is you get to give more love and receive more love. The cost of one more child is there of course. But the benefits are so much more. And the older ones can sometimes help to look after the younger ones as long as you don't overwhelm them with responsibility. Good luck to you and God Bless.

My husband's brother and his wife have 4 kids, all boys. They have a happy kind of chaos much of the time, but for the most part it works just fine for them. Their oldest is going on 14 and is a really big help, and their youngest is about to be 5 and although they are busy and they have to watch expenses (they don't eat out much for one thing), they seem like a really well-adjusted, well-run family. They allow each kid to be his own person and have his own interests and activities. I love spending time with them, they are great. Good Luck to you.

How cool! I'm expecting my fourth, also. (Due December 20th) For me, I found that I was nervous about the 3rd.
Until I saw your question, I haven't thought about it. I don't think I'm too scared about it, this time around, though. I see it as a definate blessing, I think. The stress will be tougher, but then looking at a tiny face will help everyone to marvel at the beauty of life. Best of luck to you. I'm sure we'll both be fine. :)

I raised 4...you should expect lots of bills and laundry. Try to get the older ones in the habit of helping with the younger ones and reward them with time with their peers.

Try to make everyone be as responsible for their own messes as possible. Doing their own laundry saves lots of time when they're old enough.

You'll have your hands full but big families are great and you get used to the bustle and noise. Just make time for just you and your man to maintain the romantic side of your marriage- it's easy to get focused on the work and let the spark fade...

we have a few moms on the board linked below that have 4 kids. You'd probably get better answers at a mommy group instead of here.

I only have 1 but my bf is pregnant with her 4th right now and the 3 she has drive her crazy. It depends on how your kids are. Her's are bad.

Can't be much different than having three. Just more money. Expect being broke for a while, I guess.
