THEY ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON THE BAY AND HAVE WATER ACCESS, ALTHOUGH NO BEACH. THERE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND THEY COME WITH LOTS OF EXTRAS INCLUDING FREE USE OF A 2 PERSON KAYAK. PLUS THEY HAVE SATELLITE TV AND GOOD AIR CONDITIONING.THEY HAVE 3 ROOMS TO CHOOSE FROM (WE STAY IN THE GRANDE APT) AND TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN THEIR ROOM RATE.
