I know there isn't a safe way to do it. I just want to do it...for an experiment.

If you take a big dump and don't eat or drink anything today, you might be able to be 4 lbs lighter by tomorrow. That's the only way I can think of to lose weight that quickly. Actually losing 4 lbs of body fat will take about 2 weeks to do, but you can tip the scale lighter without actually losing any significant amount of body fat.

Go for a run....for about 2 1/2 hours....and you might sweat out about 2 pounds of water...maybe 3. Dont eat anything all day today and all day tomorrow...and tomorrow you'll be 4 pounds lighter.

You'll be totally dehydrated and feel like sh*t, and you'll be hungry, and probably really sore and tired...but you'll be down 4 pounds.

Of course, since it wasn't lost in a healthy way, it will come right back on the minute you drink something...

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

I have this leather belt that has five notches on it. It was almost tight on me. It was on the last notch. I could barely breathe. When I would do it up, I could barely do it up. And I remember that belt, because I had it for years, and I used to be able to easily put it on. And that's when I could really see that I was getting a little wider than I wanted to be.
So when I started the program, I was on the last notch. And now that belt with the five notches is way too big for me. I can pull it out to here, and I've saved the belt to remember just how much weight I've lost.

You can't lose 4 pounds of fat in one day, no.
you have to burn off 3500 cals to lost one pound
so to lose 4 you would have to use up 14000 calories plus however many you eat.
reccomended daily intake of calories is 1800-2500 depending on age, weight and gender

just go to sleep... wake up and don't eat.

overnight alot of things happen with the body you'll lose up to 7 pounds overnight depending on what you drink, eat and your health.

just weigh yourself in tonight and then tomorrow morning without taking a bite or drinking anything weigh yourself.

drink a lot of water and no food just water all day
don 2 pairs of sweat pants over gym shorts and about 3 sweatshirts and sit in a hot room
