Yes, that is where all the fiber is, and a lot of the vitamins. But if you are going to eat the skin, you should wash it thoroughly... especially if it was not grown organically, because it retains the pesticides pretty well.

I do, sometimes it is the best part! Also, I like the sliced peaches as well. Try putting sliced peaches (with the skin) on peach icecream...YUMMMMM!

I don't, but then again I wash it before I can peel it. I don't like the feel of the fuzzy skin...lol.
