Don't eat too much of food, try exercise very morning and in the night before you go to bed.

Try to cut down on the meat and start drinking smoothies my favorite smoothies is bananas,pineapples,strawberrys,and grapes!!!!! For excersise try to walk a mile a day with a walking tape or ride a bike for a mile!! Then you could join a close by curves they really do the trick!!!

The only assured method is to count calories accurately and completely. This is not too hard, once you get the hang of it. There are various formulas, but you can try this one:

Assume that you need 2000 calories a day to maintain your present weight. If you limit yourself to 1500 calories a day (Count Everything!!), then your body will take the other 500 out of your existing fat stores. One pound of fat is worth about 3500 calories, so when your body has burned off 3500 calories (in seven days, if you make it burn 500 a day) you will have lost one pound of fat.

If you want your body to burn more fat, then either eat fewer calories (this is hard) or else go for a long walk. You can estimate that your body needs 100 calories for each mile you walk or jog, regardless of the pace. So if you walk three miles, that's an extra 300 calories your body will burn from your fat, making 800 a day. You'll lose fat that much faster.

These are very rough approximations, but they're in the ballpark for most people between 150 and 250 pounds.

Eat whatever you like, but if you eat high calorie foods, like dessert and heavy meat, you won't get much volume. On the other hand, you can load up on low calorie foods. Buy a calorie counting booklet, or look on line.

You can do it, and you can see the progress immediately! Just make calorie counting a part of your lifestyle, and don't be afraid to leave food on your plate!

Been there, Done that Don't eat before bed that's the worst! Also do the right exercises,one's that target your biggest problem areas.And drink lots of water KEEP away from to much salt. limit alcholic beverages.

well...stop eating sweets..that's the first thing to do, then eliminate the quantity of salt in ur food...eat less spagetti and rice...stop fried food...drink a lot of water
replce coca and juice with milk...and finally, exercise for 20 to 30 minutes everyday
this make me loose abt 8 lbs in less than 3 weeks..just be patient n decide..wish u luck :)

Exercise...try walking, I also have over weight
the solution can be hand has worked in the pass for me eat more but healthy and walk, you need to waist more calories that you ingest. remember lot of water...
and most important you need to be constant...
