What are small bumps in the genital area, that when you try to pop them they just bleed a little?

I have seen the answer so far they are all good but one answer stick out infected hair follicle.

If it is infected hair follicle leave it alone just wash the area with hot water it will be painful but after few days it will turn yellowish and at right time while washing, it will bust, squeeze out the blood and with it infected follicle will pop out, apply some antiseptic cream, as needed.

If this is not the case see a doctor. All other cases need medical attention.

They could be genital warts or herpes.

Sounds like infected hair follicles. This is worse if you shave.

I don't know, but that sounds disgusting. It could be pimples, heat rash, or herpes... you need to see a doctor.
