I would say pretty much every hotel in Rome has more than two rooms!

I keep a fairly updated list of current hotel discounts in Rome. The link below will take you to the listing for a suite hotel offering 50% off their summer rates. They have two-bedroom units.

Try looking on the WWW. I go a couple of times a year to a small hotel 100 yds from Termini called Dina. Its not expensive but you have to give up the idea of a jacuzzi.
