will there be any discrepancy if my plane ticket didn't have my last name only my middle name?

Contact the airline right away to get the ticket changed. Security at the airport will compare your ID to the name on the ticket and will not let you through if they're different. Hopefully it's the airline's mistake on the name, and not yours, because the airline will charge you to change the ticket if it's your fault.

you better make sure your right name is on tickets. Some airports check out your passport before entering plane, and you have trouble if name on ticket is not the same as ID

You must have a last name.
