i have bad headache on rt top side of head and some time it make me throw up

I get bad headaches like that I swear by Aleeve it is really good and also go soak in a hot bath it relaxes your muscles and eases the tension. It works for me it seems wierd the hot usually people use cold on the head for a headache but try it it does wonders.

Start jogging every morning, this will help.
Also taking Alavert helps.
