First, read one or two bedtime stories then while they are drifting off afterwards move around the house, let them hear the TV, flush the toilet etc so that they know you are still around and taking care of them. It will give them that feeling of security while they sleep.

You have three sisters and they are all three years old? Who won't go to bed? None of them? You?
Are you a good babysitter? Maybe you need to promise them a story tomorrow if they go to bed nicely tonight...
Bribery often works.

well, do you play outside with the children. Let them run around, the key is to exhaust them out, then bring them inside for some warm food, give them a warm bath, after that they should so tired they will be asking you can they go to bed.

Well there are several things you could try. A warm bath, reading a book to them, watching a kid movie with lights off, you could take them for a car ride. Whatever you do if you make it routine, they will know its time for bed.

warm bath
three quietly read stories
lights out
lay down with them
have them cover their eyes with their hands so their eyes can get good rest
tell them they do have to rest quietly so that you and the others can sleep without being disturbed
usually if they are quiet and still for 15 min they will pass out asleep

Try to reward them. Say if you go to bed @ what ever time they are supposed to, then reward them with something the next day. Hopefully this will work. I used it on my little brother.
