i must mention that i have them on the external sides of my thighs, and they look like scarves. i have never lost or gained weight sudently, so i don't know what the cause is either.
i'm not too sporty, but i get some exercise every day.
what can i do too make my strechmarks less visible?

Mederma is effective for scars. Even I had black-brown scars, it helps but will take a much longer time. But if you talk about stretch marks, I used to use Elancyl, Galenic. But the salesperson told me, the stretch is more effective with new stretch marks. Older Stretch marks will be rather difficult to remove

Vitamin e oil is said to work. Also try putting some self tanner on them too, makes them less visable.

i don't know what does work-- but cocoa butter does not! i have 2 children and started drowning myself in cocoa butter the day i found out i was pregnant--- it didn't prevent them and it did not make them disappear afterwards.

i've heard cocoa butter helps. Palmers cocoa butter for scars.
