Put him on restriction. No tv, no phone calls no dates till he promises to at least take more responsibility for his actions. It won’t work of course but sometimes bitching and whining can be funny.

keep spme cat food near the pot so the cat is more interested in the food than the pot

that is easy, once you find out he has a problem and the intervention does not work, hide the bong and the stuff. if he finds it and cannot resist temptation, take him to a cathouse while he is all messed up and make a little money off him, when he gets sick and tired of being sick and tired put him in a cathab, visit him often. When he gets out send him to a chalfway house, visit him often, and then let him come home and find a 9lives step program and make sure he attends seven meetings a week or take him to the pound, and abandon him.

i dispise u if you smoke pot, how about you take the cat to a shelter, maybe the cat wont get into your precios pot, and it can be with a better non-pot smoking family u asshole!
