Have you registered? Your local county seat would be a place to inquire for resident requirements to vote locally. Maybe even the DMV could assist.

Yes if you become a registered voter in Maryland. Go to the local court house, show your voters registration from the state you moved in from, they will transfer it to Maryland.

Well go to your local DMV to register to vote and change your address. You'll need to go there anyway to change your driver's license. If for some reason they can't register you in time, you can always contact your previous state's voter info sites and request an absentee ballot.

If you have a MD drivers license than you can vote, but you must register at teh DMV
