Which lense pair is recomended? Anyone have good, bad experiences?

Canon 28-105mm Autofocus USM Lense
Canon 75-300mm Autofocus USM Lense

(B)
Sigma 28-70mm f2.8-4 HIGH SPEED lens
Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro

This is for Canon digital Rebel xt camera

Nanco, your other questions lead me to believe that you're setting up a studio. If so, do you really need a tele lens, never mind a 300mm lens... with the 1.6 crop factor, that's effectively 480mm!
For studio work, and with a budget of around $400, your best bet would be a quality normal zoom. (I looked up the four lenses you mentioned and none of them inspire confidence in the image quality.) If you're willing to put off the tele lens, here are some suggestions for a normal zoom:
Canon 24-85mm, f/3.5-4.5, $310
Sigma 24-70mm, f/2.8, $429 (from their pro 'EX' line)
Tamron 17-50mm, f/2.8, $450 (if you want to go wider).

I would take the canon over the sigma. Keep the Canon package together.
