People use the word love to loosely. I mean, what do you love? Do you think that you can love an object, time spent doing something, a person, a feeling...? I believe that we need to really think about what love is and if we really love everything that we think we do. What is it that you love? Do you put God first in your love life or does He come only when you have some room left over after everything else. Think long and hard before answering this question....What do you love?

All Love is truly a Love for Your Self.

Love Your Self.

I love my Self.

Even the most selfless, most altruistic love, perhaps, say, Jesus' love for Mankind (if you believe in Jesus, I don't know, I'm a Muslim), is based upon a love for himself.

Love itself is the benefit. There is no benefit to Love.

Love Love itself. Love your Self.

If you can love your Self enough, give yourself enough respect, can you love others, for others are but reflections of your Self.

the greeks had 4 words: eros (sexual), filial (family/friends), agape (sacrifical), storge (of an object).

there's "being in love" which is the head over heels infatuation that u experience when u first start dating sumone.

there's stuff i love doing e.g. painting/drawing, playing the piano, doing historical reenactment, ice skating, archery, hockey etc

and there's people i love so much, not eros but filial or even agape, people that i cry for cos they're like lost sheep and dont know God and all that He brings.

C. S. Lewis has a great book called 'The Four Loves' and it explains a lot about this kinda thing.

Overall, I love God, sure i get angry at what he does sumtimes, or at the stuff he asks me to do, and i often dont understand, BUT He is righteous, just, loving, like a true Father, and without him in my life, I'd probably have commited suicide by now, given the joys of my teenage life so far. (BTW, dont worry about this, things are much better now, all b/c of the people He's put round me, and all the work He's done in me)

I think love is the only word that can describe the blissful wonderfully amazing most emotionally and most peaceful emotion a human can experience, it is what your spirit loves the joy of eating an apple, the warmth of the rays of the sun that your soul soaks up.It feels like at that moment it is the only thing in the world that matters. Sure there is some people that exploit the word saying it only because they can.

I love nature, the wind rain sun moon stars, I love being a spiritual being, i love myself and my boyfriend, there is so much I love you would be tired of hearing it all.
Peace to you, may love fill your heart like it did mine.

By loving all living things I am loving God! What is sad is how people hold back love. As if there isn't enough to go around. Love is my natural state. If you live love then you are living for God. Why are you questioning people on their positive emotions and what makes them feel good instead of trying to spread more love into this world?Spread love and light up the world.

Good question.... I love God, my children, my husband. And yes I feel that you can love an object that has sentimental value, a time when you were with the ones you love having fun.. and you can love the feeling of being in the arms of the man (or woman) that you love...

Well, let me think a little bit... Ok. I love me in the first place, it will sound patetic, but I think that the first thing people love in their childhood is themselves. then a child learns to love other people, like parents and family, then learns to love objects and ideas. But, all these "loves" are improvings of the first love.

I believe that i know what love is but it is to easy to just tell some one that we love them. i try to put God first but it doesnt always work out that way. i love my friends and family so much they mean the world to me. i have been in love once or twice with a couple of great guys but some how i always get hurt from the relationship i think that i am to young to try to love some one i think that i should just live my life and finish highschool and maybe date someone but i think that it is to hard to love someone while your growing up and trying to find out who you are. I still "love" the two guys i fell in "love" with and i would do anything for them but i think that i wasnt ready to fall in love with them i think i should focus on my friends and family and most importantly my relationship with God before i try to "love" another guy!

What I mean when I say I love is, I love this emotion inside me - in other words I love myself at this moment. I am BEING one with my object for some time. Then my ego steps in and claims it. Then what I say is, I POSSESS this object; it is mine.
