thanks to dan_p i found out the cancer story was a hoax....
i really believed it...and to think that there are children out there with cancer for real...
why would they do such a thing...
and what the hell do they get out of it.....

They are just jerks with small minds, tugging at the compassion and the heart of people that do genuinely feel for such things, seeing how many of us are gullible to do what they ask.
How they would know whether we are or not, or do or not, I haven't a clue. But I know how you feel. I fell for it the first time also (if it's the one where Microsoft or whoever will pay each time it's sent on) A kind person gently told me that it was a hoax too.
And yeah, when you consider all those children and family that could use something like this if it was for real, is heartbreaking.
I'm just sorry you got caught up in someone else's small mind like that. Just don't let this one stop you from caring.
