i think that depends on girl; if she is very emotional she likes when guy take care of her - help her to solve the problem, when she is sad ask her what is wrong and give her a hug, fiz. appearance is not important
if she pretends that nobody can hurt her feelings and she wants to be strong women she actually want someone with who she could be what she is because if she beheve it like that it is because she was hurt from very important person for her; fiz. appearance in the most of cases is not important but there are always exceptions
and the girls like me always look in mens butt, than physique
( he has to be muscular but no to much) and than we look face although that is probable the most important and character

I look for personality and a great smile, nice butt chest and arms help also, thats why I love my man so much....

I won't speak on behalf of every lady, but a responsible lady checks his personality, stature and as for me very friendly, I can't hang out with a dummy who thinks only about s** and doesn't try enough to put a smile on my face!
