Well, were you at that job a long time??? Next time you go for a job, make sure you don't get caught!!!! Listen, there are many ways to "hide" the results in a drug test, you just have to ask the right person. If you need a "sure" way of passing the test, even if you did drugs the day before....ask!!! Don't worry about your next job, if the ask about it, tell them you learn a very good lesson and you will be willing to take test to show them, but be prepared to pass those.....if you need more info, write or ask at e-mail. Good Luck, and to those out there who are going to criticize.....everyone needs a break, and everyone makes their own choices, it's good to try anything once, just don't get caught in the game of drugs and lose other valuable things over it.....

If you have a prescription, you will be fine. I would simply bring your bottles in to show them. If they like they may contact your Dr. While there are many federal and state laws that protect against discrimination a job may chose not to hire you if the role has vital safety importance. For example, being a crane operator at a shipping dock, and you are taking narcotics due to a disability. Your influence puts lives at risk, thus not meeting the requirements. The drug essay they are going to run will likely be a 10 Panel test looking for Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine, Methadone, Morphine/Opiates, Methamphetamine, Marijuana, PCP and Ecstasy.

You have two choices: Lie about the incident and say it never happened. Or be honest and convince the interviewer that you've changed your ways.

I think the latter is the best. Sooner or later, they will find out you lied.
