gay cause I really think he is. Whichis nothing with that. I am ok with gays but my family takes that as a huge offense but I really think he is gay and he did insult my boyfriend and I too. Was I right to tell him that? Should I have been ***** slapped for calling my cousin a simple word...gay especially after he insulted me? H e was acting like a jerk, he insulted my bf and he has insulted me many other times. I had a right to, right?

I think you have the right to slap him in the face(not literally, or literally, whatever you like). but calling a person a gay as an insult is never quite right. if you say your family takes gay as an offense but you are ok with gay, why don't you start respecting gay people when around family so that the next generation doesn't look down on a sexual orientation?i think you can call him (ok, yahoo is going to beep me out, hence the nicety)girl, or man whore, or whatever, but never gay.

No, you didn't. I'm pretty sure calling him gay was not what the conversation was originally about. I hate it personally when people veer from the topic. What he does in his personal life is his own business, so if you want to insult him, do it some other way. You obviously feel like you didn't do the right thing, or you wouldn't be asking this question for us to answer.
