i am a lady and my brothers unjustly kicked out my mother out from my mother's own home.what action should i take against them.

If the house is in her name, she needs to move back in and change the locks, and call the police when they try to come around. I'd also contact a lawyer to see what more can be done. I also like the suggestion of the elderly abuse line.

Wow ! That's nasty. It is her home in that it's in her name ? Whether she has a mortgage or her name is on a lease, whatever, not very nice of the kids.
My first thought was for you to go down to the police station. They might/should be able to tell you, and your mother, what the options are and point you in the right direction over this one.
But it sure doesn't sound right to me.
