I wouldn't bother changing it to be honest. If your husband has his passport with him and it has him name on it, they won't stop him from travelling. This is one of the ways a holiday company or airline makes their money. Don't pay the £65!

I'd personally get it changed. You don't want to get to the airport and they not let you go due to something as silly as that.
I booked my holiday a few weeks ago at the travel agents and they kept putting my son down as Mr and not Mast. The computer wouldn't accept it, so it must be vital that you get all the booking details correct.
They shouldn't charge you for something as silly as that anyway I don't think. If it was a complete name change fair enough, but not a title. Check and make sure they're not trying to get more money from you!!

Call the agency that booked you...you can usually get a better result talking person to person. If that doesn't work, keep asking Who's your supervisor and going up the chain until you get to the top...that's who can make it happen.
Call the airline and explain and ask them what to do if there is a problem. Email the hotel(s) and explain, and send the agency a copy of the email.
Good luck!

It shldn't matter as long as he holds some form of identity upon checking in with the correct name & salutation. It's an explainable issue, I'm sure it will not cause a problem.

I would personally call the company. If you speak to a real person they should understand your dilema and if they are any sort of reputable compant they should change it for you free of charge.

get him a frock

I wonder if you have 7 days to change your mind on this purchase - you might be able to completely cancel.
