Cut your portions of food for each meal to fist size and put them on a smaller plate. It's not a diet it's a proper regulation of food. Eat the proper amounts of vegetables and fruits.

Exercise doesn't have to be an everyday occurrence, I've been doing a 7 minute, 3 exercise speed routine 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks, then after this I wait 40 minutes before I eat, this increases your metabolism rate and burns fat for up to 2 hours afterwards...love handles and stomach have all but disappeared. I figure that another week will have me where I want to be.

Drink more water, up to 11--8 oz glasses a day or pick up a case of bottled water and have a bottle with you to drink throughout the day.

You won't get much headway if you don't make a few lifestyle changes, so unfortunately there is going to be a little work to put in to get the results you want.

You could try those diet pills that try to convince you that they work...however, at the moment there really isn't a pill that will suck off the love handles without there being something added to boost their efficiency and I'm afraid that you have to change something in order for it all to mesh together into the results you're looking for. Remember first on, last off...meaning if your love handles came before any other fat deposit sites, they will be the last to trim up.

Good luck, hope you find a good balance that works well for you

Without diet or exercise?? Find a surgeon and get some liposuction. That's about all you're left with. If you could muster up the energy to do some cardio, even 3 days a week, do an elliptical machine. That piece of equipment will whip your a$$ in shape in no time flat.

A combination of both should be effective. Diet will help decrease the fat deposits in your body, certain parts will lose fat faster than others depending on your genetics and fat decomposition tissue.

Cardio will speed up the weight & fat loss but you need to use free weights to tone those love handles.

Ideally grab 2 dumbles and stretch your body sideways. This will be a bit painful for a couple of days but they will help increase the muscle mass under in your waist areas. This will allow the skin to stretch and speed up the loss of fat deposits.

Remember, all the above go together. No single method alone will help you get rid of the love handles completely.

Reduce the amount of calories your putting into your body. Try do some Abs workout that target your obliques(Love Handles). Drink more water to flush some of the unnecessary things in your body. There's no need to be run or jogging everymorning and night because your not giving your body time to burn off calories. Try this: walk for 2 minutes, run for 5 minutes repeat 5 times and when your done start doing an Ab workout.

you cannot. you cannot specifically target fat on your body, the order you gain/lose fat is genetic. so if the love handles are the first part of your body to gain fat, they'll be the last to lose it, no matter how many side bends and crunches you do.

nothing burns fat like cardio. and cardio isn't all that bad, it'll tone the rest of your body too. just jog or bike 30 mins a day and cut your calorie intake by 200-300 per day.

a side note: some people are attracted to love handles :D

best of luck!

There's basically no way for that to happen if you don't exercise.. I mean, you can take those diet pills and maybe that will do something, but I don't suggest it. Usually the diet pills can be harmful to your health and usually when people get off of them they gain the weight back.

So, sorry to say the only way to lose those love-handles is to diet and work-out.

And you don't have to get Lipo, you can get a Gastric Bypass,. but those are just as deadly as Lipo.

The honest truth its virtually impossible. However, if you have money you can buy one of those body wrap kits and or one of those sanu belts belt there is no gaurantee that it will work. You know you can save your money cut down on the junk food and
I gota go but basicly being a lasy a*s will get you know where.

LMAO When you figure that one out let me know! Cardio is about the only way to successfully shed these. Doing the situps where you twist to touch your elbow to your knee works great.
