where i can find a windows xp install because and i want to know if my product key works with that windows thanks

If you have a legal and valid license key then borrow an install CD from any person you know. During install put in your own license key and finish installation. That's it.

Don't waste money to get a Windows disc. just go and get Recovery disc's for your PC. It may cost you $25 - $30.
Please note that performing Recovery will erase all the data from the Hard Drive and re-installs the pre-installed software along with the Operating System which sets back the computer to Original Factory Settings. That is what we need.

If your product key is for Windows XP then yes, it will work. If it is for any other version of Windows, it will not work.

Hello my friend,please don't use download because it's not afety I suggest you to buy CD for more garantee at least if you have any problem you can claim it more easy.First you format it and install then it should not have any problem again and overcome.

Well, your first language obviously isn't English so call tech-support in India. If that doesn't work try sacrificing a chicken and doing voodoo dances.
