Darling, it's normal I do have a crush on my boss, he's old but he's pretty col and I do enjoy my time talking to him. Now we're on our 3 yrs. relationship and things good. But before you jump nto any situation you have to consider some of these important points:

1. he should love you to
2. make it sure that he is single, divorced or widowed
3. know him more better
4. it will not cause any conflict with your boss and your work if yo'll have a relationship with him.

You can tell him that you like him but let him do the move. If he is married and he wants to have a relationship with you, pls dont. You will ruin your job and his family.

I say go for it if you dont plan on having a career within the company. I had a similar experience & I had to get a new job because the affair didn't work out but we needed together which became unbearable.

Well, just don't act foolish in front of him/her, and consider how well you like your job. Is this person more important than your job because it could cost you your job in the end. I don't think it's always bad, but you need to know the risks going into a relationship with that person. And whaterever you do, don't have a one night stand with them!

Drop it, workplace romances hardly ever work and are discouraged in most work places, especially with your Superior.
