That path to inner peace is different for everyone. Violence and disturbance come from ignorence and therefore conflict is caused by trying to resolve arguemnets and questions, Peace is resoloution inner peace comes from the fulfillment of ones true goals and the resoloution of ones questions. If anybody needs me Ill be on top of some mountain somewhere medataing.

A very Good question.In the world of war and terror we need inner peace and that is only possible when we keep our motto larger than Life such as Love all ,Help all and Hate none and act upon it .See the world as you see it - love them all.If you spared the love to all one day it will be back to you with multiple folds because world is so small for LOVE then you will realized inner peace.GOOD LUCK to you.
