I'm laughing really hard. My 4 year old did the same thing to our Boston Terrier last week. If you can actually get the kitten to sit still, you can take other silly putty and stick it to what's in the fur. That worked with some results, but we still had to cut part of it out. Good luck with that!

Try some baby oil. Just be careful only to get it on the fur that the putty is stuck to, or you're going to have an oily mess.

Silly kitten. :)

Try rubbing some baby oil or Vaseline in the area and see if that helps to remove it. If not, then use an electric or other safe razor, and shave that patch of fur.

I duno bout silly putty but when anyone I know gets gum in their hair, peanut butter works well to get it out. If it's a longhaired cat, I'd cut it out carefully with scissors.

If it is on fur not near the face you could try a product called goop off but don't get it on the skin. The safer way is to hold ice against it till it gets brittle then it comes off easy.

Don't know about kittens, but when girls get gum in our hair, we freeze it with an icecube. It's worth a shot. Gum chunks off when you freeze it. Good luck!

bigger question, how did silly putt get on your kitten? were you trying to replicate him/her. lol! you might have to cut it off, you could call your vet or like petco or petsmart or even a groomer and see if they have any ideas.
