im 26 & already 20kgs overweight, i know whats good to eat & whats not good, i know i need to get up & move & excercise, i know i need to lose weight & start excercise,,, but always when i begin to change my habits,,,, i just give up after about a week or two,,, why is it like this??? what will help me stick to a plan,,, what?????

You need to change in an enjoyable way (on site below) not one the that causes you a lot of stress and makes you miserable. This is fattening and could lead to depresion. So it is good that you do not want to be miserable.

I had a lot of success with an eBook, of all things, called The Movie Star Diet. I think they're just accepting preorders for their next edition right now, but it's WELL worth it. It's a tough plan, but at the same time, it's not so complicated that you can't stick with it. The results come so fast it's encouraging, too.

Do yoga.You can do yoga at any time.Choose asanas which u can easily do.It means that while you standing or walking or just on a bed to take rest.While u stand just move ur wist as u make circle.
And drink 10-15 glass of water. Drinking water is very good.My friend loose 2kgs in a month.

Buy that beautiful sexy dress you dream of wearing. hang it where you will see it anytime you wake up or come in. if you trully want to loose weight, you will stick to that plan that will eventually get you into that dress .
