One thing I've used for dandruff is Neutrogena's T-Gel shampoo. Because of the coal tar, it kinda stinks but it does work. I usually follow it with my regular shampoo to help with the smell. That seems to work alright.

you mean 'dandruff'? you have to wash your hair regularly use head of shoulder shampoo. use medicated shampoo or use watermelon to clean yr hair before shampoo.
