2 (dont be sterotyped)IN ALL REALITY I AVE GONE THOUGH DEPRESSION TOO. I NEEDED SOMEONE WHO COULD UNDERSTAND ME. WHEN I RELIZED NO ONE WOULD EXCEPT GOD MY LIFE TURN TO THE BETTER.
KNOW I PLAN ON BULDING UP HIS KINGDOMS AND HELPING OUTHER FEEL HIS LOVE TOO.
I AM THE SAME WAY I REFUSED MEDICAL HELP. I OFTEN WOULD SAY IF YOU LIVED MY LIFE YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND.
PPL OFTEN STEROPTYPE DEPRESSION WITH DEPPRESSION OR BI POLAR WITH BI POLAR.
I THINK IT IS A NEGATIVE APPROACH. HOW CAN WE BETTER OURSELF WITH A STEROTYPE LIKE THAT.
SO WHEN PPL CALLED ME BI POLAR AS A VERB. I WOULD ASK WHAT ACTION THEY WERE DESCRIBING WEITHR ANXIETY OR WAT.I COULD THEN SAY WELL HAVE YOU EVER BEEN THOUGH...................
SO DONT LET PPL STEROTYPE YOU YOUR GREAT . That is that.(AVOID DEPPRESSION AS A VERB)
3. I THINK FOR ME THEROPY WAS OK . I WOULD SUJJEST IT FOR HEALING JUST TO GET FEELING OUT. OFTEN TIMES YOU WILL FIND THEROPIST THAT SAY I UNDERSTAND I AVOIDED THOSE THERE A SCAM. I MEAN NO ONE FULLY WILL UNDERSTAND ME UNLESS THEY HAD YEARS OF MY TIME.(SO THEROPY COULD MAKE IT EASIER)THEROPY
4.IMPROVMENT ---------there is so much we can learn from trials if we seek to learn from depression bi polar etc were better off. ONE WAY TO OVERCOME ANYTHING IS TO BE HUMBLE YOU MUST STUDY WHAT YOU HAVE . IF YOU DONT YOU WILL NOT SEE IMPROVMENT

Over the last five years I had begun to have increasingly withdraw into a downward spiral of depression..
But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

I would also like an answer to the above question. Like this person, I feel as if I'm suffering from depression too, but I really don't want to see a councellor because I feel that they are going to ask a LOT of questions about my personal life, and I really don't want someone to continuously do that throughout the sessions. I really don't want to break down in front of a total stranger...

Depression is anger turned inward. You need to figure out what you have been supressing for months, even years, that has made you angry. This isn't always easy, but you have to allow yourself to be angry about it. Once you've allowed yourself the anger, then you need to come to an acceptance, and possible forgiveness of a person, of whatever is was that made you mad. You may have to work on this for weeks, but it will get you over that hump, and without medications. Soon, you will start to be able to put it all behind you and move forward with your life. You will look back on it as quite a learning experience, and you will be able to stop it in its tracks before it becomes a problem again.
This has worked for me. I did a lot of walking to expel my anger and to clear my mind.

# How do you know that you are under depression or simply under depressive moods. For that - you may not like it but it will be advisable to seek medical advice to diagnosis. If it is dpression you should seek professional help. If you are temporarily under depressive mood please follow following steps.
# Try to find out reason/factors which created depressive situation. Work out practicable solutions and take immediate steps for same in a phased manner. Be satisfied that you have taken steps to best of your ability and leave everything to GOD.
# Keep your mind busy. Donot be in isolation. Empty mind runs towards anxieties.
# Now you are already taking steps for your life. The problems will be over in due course. Donot worry or try to find out the immediate solutions. Instead move in society and try to help some other person in his difficulty according to your abilities. You will get more confidence - satisfaction - god's blessings.
#Procure book " How to stop worrying and start living" by "Dale Carnegie". Study it faithfully. I was much benefitted by it.
# Trust in God and offer HIM your prayers. Tell HIM " You are my father. You have to provide me support. There is no difficulty on earth which you cannot remove. My projects are joing ventures of yourself and me and we shall make same successful JOINTLY"

THE best thing to do is to seek professional help, even though you said you did not want to! Having gone through depression myself, I needed all the help I could get! Not every mental illness is treated with medicines but that would be up to the professionals! SEEK HELP!!!!!

I have depression too, and like you, don't want medical help. I try to see friends, do things, paint, go to the mall, go to the beach (I live by it), go to concerts, pretty much anything to keep busy. I find i feel worse when I get bored and have time to think about things. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I would advice that you go see a doctor. Support is the best thing to help depression family/friends etc. I found I sunk deeper trying to deal with things on my own.

hey come on, i don't know exactly whats the reason but i can understand your problem. just forget about your past and try something new. hang up with friends and watch movies that's the best solution try that it really works and think about ur future. think and care for the people who love you not about the people whom you love.
