It all depends on who your are passing...(this is just my opinion) IF Possible give them the hip. If you are a man passing another man I'd say give them the a$$. If you are a man passing a woman give them the crotch...and if your a woman always give them the a$$.
This is just my rule of thumb

Not given the scope of your situation, I would say ALWAYS the butt cuz' in this day & age you may "befriend" someone if giving the crotch
