I had a boyfriend for 8 months and we broke up last new year's eve. I never loved someone like I did to him. The reason we broke up was our family. We are totally from different cultural, religious, nationality background. I met another guy after that, he is a nice guy. Now, he is my boyfriend. However, after 7 months passed I still love my former boyfriend and I want to keep my memories with me. It makes problem. My boyfriend asked me to attend a dance class since I love dancing. I used to dance with my former boyfriend and the fact that I will attend another dance class with my bf now making me sad. I know I should be able to get over my former boyfriend, it's just too sad.

I wish that I could tell you that there is a magic postion that will instantly heal your heartbreak. Unfortunately, that isn't true. You will, however, hurt less with time and you will recover from the pain.
You must not give up dancing if you love it. It is okay to feel sad but once you get into the classes you will slowly feel like you are taking your life back again with something that gives you joy.
Cherish the memories that you had with your former boyfriend because you have loved him deeply. Just remember, although it will be different, you will love again...

i think you should really know or you need to know what your former boyfriend feels about you and him breaking up..........then after that you should realize that nationalities, culture, religion or any background of the man is not really important because if you really love him those problems should not matter because you love each other and a fight makes a relationship stronger but if he doesn't feel that way then you should let go of the past and be ready for the future and you should always learn from your mistakes believe me I've been there.............

well,i guess you still love your ex-boyfriend and the only reason you got into this another relationship was just for the heck,i mean just to have a b/f....and tell me how fair is it to be with one guy and think about another!!
see all i have to tell you is 1stly you should get out of your present relationship and reconsider your former one.love has no religion or culture and you are living in the 21st century,m sure you guys are responsible enough to make a life together by convincing your parents..........just dont give up!!meet him and chat about it,always remember that communication is the key,the more you guys talk the better resolvers you will be of your problems!!

Ok sweetie heres the solution. You have to go out with an interesting person, you gotta meet some one exiting, fun, happy, real. You gotta meet some one that will make you think about him, miss him, need him, wanna be around him. Then you can forget your former B/F. I have a feeling your new B/F is boring and thats probably why you can't stop thinking about your ex. What i'm trying to say is me and you should go out ;)
Kind regards
Tony

Sounds like true love to me. Go find your former boyfriend
see if you can start all over again and forget family, culture,
religion and nationality. It's what you want that matters.
Good Luck

This is going to sound harsh but>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Either get over the ex or break up with the new one because you are not being fair. Sounds like you should have never got into another relationship yet. You did not give yourself enough time.

You can get over it through time and by accepting the fact that you are not together anymore and that each of you have your own lives to live. Take care and God bless ^_^
