It all depends on how you present yourself.If you really want a nice guy and not someone who is going to treat you like a possesion then show your true self.I am a male and a lot of people think that because I treat all women with respect and dignity that I am weird but I like to think that women desrve to be treated with total respect and dignity as men do not have a monopoly on respect and dignity after all we are all humans and deserve to be treated as such.My g/f of 5 years is always telling me that I am one of a kind and that I am the first male she has ever met that treats her like a queen.I honestly hope that I am not a dying breed and really hope you will find someone out there who will treat you with all the respect and dignity that you deserve.

Maybe you are just one of those girls that are attracted to shitheads? I know it sounds crude, but some women subconsciously go for that type of guy.
