Why don't you drop a note through her door asking her for a date. Be specific - drink, meal etc. and sit back and wait for what happens! If she accepts then you can take it from there.

TALK to HER. Ask her for a chance to have a serious talk. Tell her what you feel about her and your good plans for her. Talk slow, modest, nice,and gentlemanly. Pour it out clearly and honestly.
If she perceived and accepts the same signal you are sending then she will definitely grant you a chance for a relationship. If she rejects the proposal then there is no need to spend lots of time charming her coz she will never like you anyway.

There are no special charms or tricks. Think what you would like to do with her for starters. For example you can ask if she wants to go to a coffee with you. From there it starts. There is no other way. If you want to be happy, you have to have the courage for it. Good luck man.. :)

Well either perk up and just ask her to a movie or something or wait and be the shy guy and she will hook up with some one else.

well,what are you shy about?comeon boy,grow up,you love her and thats a very beautiful thing that you can ever give someone....be brave and go and tell her how you feel about her and get to know her feelings too and trust me you cannot force or get anyone to love you,it has to be as natural as love itself...just be yourself and talk to her about it...........before its too late!!
