Yesterday I was very upset without any particual reason. I felt anger and dissapointment and I wanted to beat somebody. I have taken pill for relax and one beer.
Why it is happening? how to prevent such things to happen in the future and how to stay always calm and relaxed?
It is because I do not have any sex in this moment? is this because I rarely do sport? is it because I have some unsolved problems?
Can you give me any advice?

Apparently, the "pill" you took is not helping (neither did drinking a beer, antidepressants and alchol DO NOT work well together) Go to your doctor and explain the situation. He will probably change your dosage, or put you on a different antidepressant. If it wasn't a doctor you got the pill from, stop taking what you took and get to a MD. posthaste. You could have had a panic attack or a manic episode, and both of those are not something you want to try to treat on your own.
Also keep in mind:NOONE is ALWAYS calm and relaxed, that just isn't the way human nature works, but there are limitations to how upset we allow ourselves to become, and it's good to learn how to calm ourselves down. Try to find sometime of day when you feel the most agitated, and during that time, play some calming music, or try meditating (believe me, it really does work)
You said that you don't excersise very much, so try taking a walk, or joining a fitness club if your schedule and finances will allow; excersise will help you to drain off some anger, and you might find someone who feels the same way you do, who can help you through this trying time in your life.
Lastly, take a look at your life. Is there any area that might be causing you undue stress? If so, work towards eliminating the problem. It will give you a sense of control, and will give you an insight as to any other problems that might be lying beneath the surface of your concience. Good luck

It sounds like a combination of all of those things you mentioned. I'm sorry you don't have a really special lady to share love with right now. I think it's not healthy to be alone for too long.
Pills and beer are not a good idea, especially if you take them together. You could develop a dependence on alcohol or drugs, that would take you a long time to get control of. My husband had a longtime problem with alcohol and he has taken it into control completely. Not everyone is so strong or so lucky.
If you don't have a particular sport you enjoy now, take some time to run or take long walks. When you are outside walking, gardening or just enjoying nature, your mind will clear and two things can happen if you allow it. You can get a clear picture of some things that have been bothering you, that you might not be aware of. Pay attention since it could be important. The other thing that can happen is that some solutions will begin to present themselves to you. You need to get regular exercise for general stress reduction.
I hope it all works out. I have enjoyed your questions on here. I tried to e-mail you once but Yahoo won't let me do it.

You may want to see a psychologist. And alcohol doesn't help. If you have been drinking, then that can be making you depressed. There is also a syndrome called "Alcohol induced psychosis" that can cause bouts of uncontrolled anger.

You may need a 12-step program, too---it's only 6:03 in the morning where I am. If you're starting the beer now, sounds like you may have a problem with alcohol.

Dont drink beer to solve your problems.

Also, try asking your Dr for an anti anxiety medication.
