Just go to London and break traffic laws, when you are invited to the station you Will speak good English!

If your high school offers them, enroll in all the English classes you can. If you can read English, the best possible way to learn to use the language is to read English and American literature. Read the good authors, not necessarily those that are most popular at the moment. It's a lot of work, but if it's what you want to do, that's one way. Good luck.

The best way to learn to speak English well is to come and live here. Give yourself no alternative but to speak the language. I have a German flatmate, she's been here about 3 years. She now dreams in English and takes time reverting to German when she goes back for holidays.

Since you say you can speak English well i don't think you have much to learn. Just attend English classes, read books written in English, try to speak whenever the opportunity comes, and you should be able to get used to speaking it then you'll be fluent in your English than you are now.

If you visit the UK, you can practise your English here.
Otherwise, listen to an English speaking radio or TV programme and try to emulate the way the English speak (try to avoid American programmes though as they seldom speak proper English)

to be a good english spokes person, u shud learn the grammer of english and to increase ur vocablaury u shud start reading english newspaper in front of mirror atleast 10 mins a day.
watching english news and start speaking the way they do.
this will definately increase ur english

learn grammar, listen and speak a lot more then you will do and it's be AN English teacher for a start off
