This is a very simple cole slaw, and my husband's favorite.
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium head cabbage
1 cup mayonnaise
2 to 3 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients, adding more mayonnaise if needed and just enough cream to make it creamy. Add seasonings. Taste and adjust seasonings. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 8.

Shred one head of cabbage, add 1-2 shredded carrots to this and toss. To this mixture add 3/4 cup of sugar and 2 T of celery salt. Toss together and let sit at room temp for 30 min. to an hour. Drain the liquid from this and add just enough Miracle Whip to dress the veggies. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

I don't use mayo...and I don't what capsicum is.... I shred the cabbage and carrots, and I bought a bottle of ready made dressing used specifically for coleslaw.
