That girl is loving another boy for 4 years.
That boy and girl can't tell about their love to their parents before for some family problem.
The girl's parents convinced her to marry you.
The girl is still loving that boy, and can't against her parents also...
That boy tried to get permission from the girl's parents, but they are telling that all the preparation is going on, now what to do..?

When you enter the marriage you enter it with a thought/hope that it will be for lifetime. Do you want to start the rest of your life from some stupid sense of obligation? Or because somebody told you so? NO!
And it is not a question about that other couple anymore. It is a question of your personal happiness. Can you be happy with someone you said you will marry because of... whatever? Not love! Can you be satisfied to live with a person who is unhappy with you and you are deeply aware of it? What good can that marriage bring? Some miserable kids who suffer because their parents are miserable? Broken home, eventually?
After you considered your own future problems that might arise from that marriage then you can try to help in solving current problems of that couple. If you can help - help. Just try not to do anything illegal!

Look, a marriage is never "fixed". There is something in this world called "free will". No one is forcing either of you to get married. I don't know how much YOU love her, but I think she'd be happier with the other one. Think, it would be more a convenience coexistence rather than a marriage. You should set her free now, before it's too late. At least, that's what I'd do.

If you two are not in love, NO do not marry her. You will NEVER be truly happy together. Explain to your parents that you do not Love her and you know that she is in love with someone else and the other guy loves her to. Honesty is always the best and most parents want their children to be happy!!!

For me it would be clear - not to marry the "fixed" girl.
If she's not strong enough to fight against her family, perhaps it's her only chance that you say "no", definitely. She won't forget her love anyway.
You surely will find a girl you love very much.
