In all technicalities, we didn't really massacre the Iraqians. We killed a lot, but not a massacre. Maybe we did for Afganistan. We certainly didn't for Lebanon (we just supplied the weapons).

Pay for war crimes? We don't have any money left. Bush should be impeached, and brought to the international tribunal for violating the Geneva conventions, but actually pay... you're going to tax the Americans (stupid or not) even more for the president's stupidity. Tax him, not me. I was against the whole thing from the beginning.

If we had to pay for war crimes, I think there might be a deserted island in the Pacific that would be blameless. All governments...bar none...are guilty of using their powers over someone or some other nation. Where shall we begin...the Huns, or perhaps the Manchus, the Incas with enslaved people, or the Egyptians, or should we look to the Vikings, should we include the Japanese slaughter of Chinese when they invaded Manchuria, or the Turkeys, the Moors or how about the genocide by Idi Amin and let's not forget Pol Pot in Cambodia that successfully managed to kill off five or six million of his own people. You are trying to be a idealist but the facts are against you.

The US does not engage in massacres and there have been no wars crimes charges levied in the Hague against the US to date. Doesn't really matter if you like the war or even the US, but try sticking to verifiable facts rather than unprovable fantasies.

Has anybody here been in live combat? Has anybody ever seen a little boy walk up to a U.S. soldier given candy and then in thanks shot the U.S. soldier? How about the war crimes committed against U.S. soldiers who are supposed to be protected by the Geneva-Hague Conventions? I'm not trying to play down the U.S.'s role in some war crimes, but there are many war crimes against U.S. soldiers that go unpunished.

For something to be a war crime, someone in authority has to officially rule that it is a war crime. It is a violation of the US Constitution for America to recognize an authority or a law that is greater than its own laws.

The US will never admit to committing any war crimes.

The US will never be accused, stand trial, or pay for war crimes. To believe they will is utter foolishness.

Americans wrote the book on war crimes. Americans dole out the punishment and judgement. Americans will NEVER suffer it.

I have a challenge for all of you:

Identify a specific act committed by the US - and provide a quote from the "laws and Customs of War' that forbids that act.

If you cannot do so - all of your 'war crimes' claims are lies.

Are you a liar?

THEY HAVE NOT COMMITTED, ANY MASSACRES.
THEY HAVE NOT COMMITTED, WAR CRIMES. TO PAY FOR.
WHAT THEY HAVE DONE OVER THE YEARS IS TO TRY AND HELP OTHER COUNTRIES. AND THOSE OTHER COUNTRIES HAVE TURN ON THE US. THERE ARE, A LOT OF COUNTRIES, OUT THERE, THAT OWE THE US, MORE THAN THE US OWES, OTHER COUNTRIES....

THERE IS NOT A COUNTRY IN THIS WORLD.
THAT HAS NOT, AT ONE TIME, OR ANOTHER.
BEEN INVOLVED, IN WAR CRIMES.
OF VARYING DEGREES.
FROM THE MANUFACTURE OF WEAPONS.
TO THE SALE, OF SUCH WEAPONS.
TO THE PURCHASER OF THOSE WEAPONS.
AND THE USER OF SUCH..
TO LAY THE BLAME, ON ONE, OR TWO COUNTRIES ALONE, IS FARCICAL, AND FAR TO SIMPLISTIC...

Of course... but before that, lets ask the rest of the world to pay up what they owe the US.

Read your history, pay less attention to propaganda and write the check out to Uncle Sam.
