Suggest the following. Join a school. Get a tutor. Keep an English dictionary with you all the time. Refer to it frequently when you come across a word you do not know. Learn at least five new words everyday and memorise correct spelling and meaning.Can you afford a lingua phone and records? Get one. Listen, watch BBC. It should become a passion in your life. You must sleep English Dream English and so on. Very soon you will do great progress.Good Luck!

Go to the library and see if they have a beginning class for English and reading. If you can learn to read first grade level, you will do much better.
