No because after a while the Bible was upgraded with The New Testament. Eventually many other theories will be put into it and some other people may get "visions" that may be put in there. Or the Bible will be reworded and distorted over time.

There will probably be a new translation into whatever modern language they are speaking, though the original texts should remain the same.
I would be worried however if people 2000 years from now are still debating about creationism vs evolution and the usual Bible related debates!

Yes, if the world is still spinning, the Bible will still be around. The original texts will still be the same. There will probably be new translations to keep up with our changing language, and I"d be willing to bet that people will still be arguing over whether or how those new translations have changed the original meaning...
Of course, God will still be God in 2000 years, 5,000 years, 100,000 years.......

Of course it will. It's changing now in the different versions of the bible. Ex. The only verse saying Jesus is the beggotten son of God i.e. John 3:16 has been changed by all modern versions of the bible. They have taken the word 'begotten' out. In the bible Prophets are also called sons of God meaning holy person like in Pslams 62:6. So now according to the new versions of the bible Jesus is only a holy person like all Prophets. Like what Islam believes about Jesus. Christianity is coming closer to Islam day by day. Islam is getting more converts from Chrisitans day by day. So I see the bible changing in the future and accepting the teachings of Islam.

the bible hasn't changed in 2000 years save for differences incurred in translation of the text. No reason to believe why it should change in the next 2000 years. what is scary is the thought of having to inerpret ancient laws of Exodus, Leviticus and Deuteronomy in the year 4000 would prove to be a bit more challenging...

The Bible has been bansihed, burned, and men thought they finally had it destroyed, but always one or two stay. So yes the Bible will remain. Jesus said His word would not pass away. For 2006 years it has remained, it will remain longer.http://www.canapologetics.net/html/history_of_the_bible.html

The bible has already been changed many times over. They changed the wording and translated verses to mean what they want it to mean, but many different versions now are actually translations and understanding of those that are rewriting the bible.
So Yes....... I feel that in the near future, we will lose the original king james version all together and find only whats left in new translations.

The content will change only if the Vatican will reveal the secrets it holds now.
Besides, look at how much the faith degraded in 2000 years. Think of how it will be in another 2000 years.

I think in 2000 years time we may have new religions. Or no religions. Or whatever... you know, I'd really like to have a time machine. :)
