Diversity... of peoples, languages, religions, landscape...
Of course there are good things and bad things about India, but then again, isn't that the same everywhere in this world? Just because some countries are better at hiding (or justifying) their shortcomings than others, it doesn't mean they don't exist.

I am a Caucasian American & I'm fascinated by all things Indian, the culture, clothes and religion and even the music. Have been as long as I can remember. I think I may have lived in India in a former life.I think India is on the rise as one of the cultural places to watch in the coming years. There was a great article bout this in Time magazine recently....

It's a mixture of different languages and religions. Vast history, rich history, beautiful art, beautiful religions and traditions. Oh, and the cuisine is really yummy. True, overpopulated and hot, and perhaps the city infrastructures are different from the West. But look at the Taj Mahal!

I do not know much about India as yet except it is a very old and interesting country. I do know that they believe in many gods and goddesses and have many festivals. I know that there is a caste system. Other than that I am still learning.

Indian custom is amazingly historic and its custom has produced the Hindu faith and the philosophy of Buddhism. in present day situations it has produced nobel laureates and Ghandi, the religious chief of independence in the 1950's. India is a quite populated united states of america attempting to remove commonly used poverty and create danger for all instructions. the country nonetheless suffers from the acceptance of the caste equipment with suggestions from the believers of Hinduism and Buddhism. Of each and each and every of the conception structures in the international I choose the philosophy of Buddhism because it places the blame of someone's' suffering on the guy's action's in existence .....the reason and outcome concept of the universe itself. in case you bypass to college in u . s . of america you need to remember that American colleges emphasis the yank custom and under no circumstances different cultures in the international. i imagine preparation in all countries of the international ought to be better "Worldly." i'm an previous American and the perspectives of the more youthful individuals you artwork mutually with will be a lot narrow minded than mine...Peace to all.

It's truly multicultural, and currently in the midst of it's industrial revolution. Seems to me there is the very rich and the very poor, no to small middle class. The Cuisine is wonderful, and I think it would be a very interesting place to visit.
