Approximately 5 hours if you have no stop overs. Depending on whether you get a tail wind, or not, it can even be a little under 5 hours. But the opposite is true on the return trip, where you usually get a head wind and it takes a little over 5 hours.

I have flown this many times, and it seems like there's always a tail wind when you fly west, but not always a head wind when you fly east.

It's not so bad, just bring a good book or magazne, grab a couple of those little pillows on your way to your seat, try to get a window seat so that you can either see out, or close the blind and rest your head against it. That is what I do, and I usually sleep through the whole flight.

The cruise should make the flight worth it!
