I need a suggestion that how to minimize sleep timings and increase productivity of a person to work hard without fatigue

its not possible as it will take toll on ones health in the long run and then again some people do manage but it is advisable to sleep at least 6hrs or else the immune system will go weak and other problems will come and what use is a work which will make you suffer

Why do you want to work so long? For interest or for money? There are many aspects in life deserving to enjoy. Even I can sleep only 4 hours each day, I will not spend all the other time in work.

Leonardo Davinci and others did this and it involved a series of power naps for 10 minutes every few hours and 4 hours of sleep a night.
I haven't tried it.
