Someone speaks up for those the media deem not worthy to get human attention.
Hey Nick, post this question on the Politics forum too, show those hotheads some truth.

don;t take this the incorrect way yet Israel has some blame right here and we are in a position to get caught up in a international bomb fest starring Israelis, Turks and Palestinians. however I incredibly doubt Turkey as an entire will bypass that line. Regardless, different Arab international locations ought to get entangled, have the earnings of the doubt or tutor that israel became completely at fault (we don't be responsive to all the main factors so do no longer bounce to conclusions) then the sh!t hits the fan and we ought to continually provide them weapons and hell, right here is the "Six Day conflict" over back and wager what, we are taking a stance now, this ain;t 1967.

The media is fickle ... I can't give definite reasons as to why, but it is. Some stories simply do not get the attention we would think they deserve.
Do you recall the school in Russia or one of the areas nearby (I can't recall which) with the hundreds of children held hostage ... many dying? We didn't get very much coverage of the situation in the United States.
While I am saddened by the loss in India, I'm more concerned at the moment with the situation in Lebanon. Both involve innocent lives being lost, but my country wasn't supporting the terrorists who attacked India ... it is, unfortunately, supporting the illegitimate bombardment by Israel.
PS : Lebanon is approximately 39% Christian ... a higher percentage than any other arab country.

Muslim Terrorism in Mumbai had been condemned by USA and UK and the whole world(except Muslim countries) have expreesed its grief and distress through various media.I agree with the view that more coverage is got for Lebanon war because USA and Oil are involved.Further Israel being a friend of USA,they get special lunch.
As far as Indians are considered they were not able to give adequate publicity dur to poor public relations and it failed convince USA or western world that Pakistan and Muslims are perpetual threat to world peace.

These kinds of killings have been going on for years. Christians have been slaughtered in mass without any media saying it was Christians that were killed. They have tried to always treat these situations like they were civil war. I guess they were afraid of inciting violence.

I am glad there are people who think like me!
Yeah, right! The oil-rich countries have so much clout and especially since Israel is involved, there are always "the other voices" who want to make a point somehow...

unfortunately 200 people dying in mumbai does not affect international politics in the way that israel and lebanon fighting does. if it did, there would be as much international coverage. don't forget that this many people die in darfur, sudan EVERY DAY.

did you notice how well the russians did on the euro song contest, because they have oil. I wish we could make the world fair, but personally with Bush and Blair in power, i feel useless against anything political.
