it tells me that my username and organization are blank when they are not this is urgent please help me!

Should work, won't help. We'll have to look for weird stuff. Go to Start/Control Panel
Select the System icon
Select the Computer Name tab
Be sure something is in the computer description
Click on the 'change' button. Just be sure there is something in there... don't change the name of anything... just besure it isn't blank. If it is blank enter something.
If you had to do nothing in the steps above, turn your computer off, and unplug the power. Wait about 20 seconds and then start over. My guess is this latter stuff will work.

Well! to handle this at ur situation..i would rather enter username as: XYz and Organization as 123.
Bingo! now i am on the Next page:-))
When i did this u can too do the above.
