How much does it approximately cost to add a room to a house in India?

I want to add an additional room arnd 14ft x 14ft to an independent house in India, Chennai. Only 2 walls and a roof have to be built (coz the other 2 walls are shared with the main house).

2 walls and a roof aint the only stuff for a room...it requires a strong base too...if the room you are trying to build is in the first floor then this requirement becomes more important....if you have already taken care of it when u built the house then i guess...it shouldnt cost you around 50K~70K approx
