nah, myth and folklore sometimes includes urban legends. besides if you put myth and folklore in a subcategory or R & S in a subcategory there might be some touchy people.

Well, since the majority of the people don't consider it a fantasy, it shouldn't.
From a practical aspect, religion should be an individual category since it's one of the most popular ones.
