Well she is probaly not ready for what you are ready for right now. You may be jumping the gun a bit with her. She most likely got issues from her past keeping her heart very guarded. Give her time.
Back off a bit from saying you love her also. She knows this already, no need to keep repeating yourself. Refrain from saying those three magic words and you will give her something to think about. Overtime, she will wonder if you still lover her and confess her love to you.
If it takes longer then a year for her to open up and say she loves you, then you have problems and that would make room for another discussion.

There may be several reasons why she's showing no reaction.
First and worst she might not love but like you and not want to lie
Second,she can think that saying i love you is old fashioned and needless because she's with you and that means she loves you.
Third,saying i love u can spoil the partner and she doesn't want to "get your a** in the air!"
These are all i can think of right now,If anything new,i'll edit.
But i can still say - don't worry and enjoy your relationship!

Give her time. Perhaps she does not feel it yet. Or stop saying it and perhaps that will enable her to say it to you. When a guy says that there is soooo much stress from them to want to hear it back. It's only words. Actions speak louder then words. Does she act as if she loves you.... ok then. You kow your answer.

try to be more sweet to her,,,and if there is still no reaction from her, then think deep...maybe she doesn't love u as much as u love her...
